The KWB Easyfire 1 wood pellet heating is the perfect entry model for heating with pellets. It wins with its understated design and uncomplicated assembly. It’s the ideal central heating for single-family as well as a multi-family houses and is available in the output range of 10 to 20 kW.

Easy installation

The KWB Easyfire 1 wood pellet heating is delivered in one piece to your home and can be quickly transported into your heating room. Thanks to its slim design, it easily fits through any basement door and can even be placed in heating rooms with low ceilings. This makes it the ideal central heating system for renovations. It additionally wins due to its simple, understated design.

Easy refilling with fuel

Thanks to its 200-litre storage container, the KWB Easyfire 1 is easy to fill with fuel. The filling height is particularly convenient. The boiler can optionally also be automatically stocked with fuel using a suction conveyor system.

Logical operation with the KWB Comfort 3 heating control system

The menu navigation of the KWB Easyfire 1 wood pellet heating is very logical and has two buttons, one dial and a clear graphic display. You can intuitively configure all settings for the boiler, heating circuits and the storage tank. Two optional control units are available for the living quarters – one digital and one analogue. It is also possible to link the control units to the KWB Comfort Online platform. Using this platform, the boiler can be easily controlled and maintained remotely via smartphone, tablet or PC. The KWB Comfort 3 control system must be upgraded with a network card for this.

Patented underfeed burner system

The pellet conveyor screw of the KWB Easyfire pellet heating system gently pushes the pellets up from below onto the burner plate. This ensures a stable firebed and prevents additional dust from being kicked up. The pellets burn fully out in four clearly delimited combustion zones. The pellets that are pushed onto the burner plate push the ash off the edge of the burner plate, which then lands in the ash box. An extremely clean combustion is guaranteed.

The optional ash compaction, where a type of inserted grate in the ash box ensures that the ash is compacted down, makes longer emptying intervals possible. The semi-automatic heat exchanger cleaning is performed at the push of a lever. A fully automatic cleaning is optionally also available.

The optional return flow boost provides additional operational reliability. It is plug-in ready and can be easily attached to the boiler. It is responsible for ensuring that the combustion gas never cools down below the dew-point and liquefies. This prevents corrosion throughout the entire KWB Easyfire 1.
