To ensure that your system operates reliably and that you can continue using the free ComfortOnline service, please check the current software version of your KWB Comfort 4 control unit.
A software version of 23.10.0 or higher is required to comply with our latest security standards.
Important: As of August 31, 2025, access to ComfortOnline will no longer be possible with older software versions.
