Combi boiler wood pellets - KWB Combifire

Flexible and safe heating

The KWB Combifire log wood-pellet combination boiler is ideal for all those who like the manual heating process, but do not want to forego the convenience of an automatic pellet heating system. In the output range of 18 – 38 kW, the central heating reliably supplies single- and multi-family houses and agricultural companies with heat.

Full independence

With the KWB Combifire log wood-pellet combination boiler you can heat either the traditional way – once a day with log wood – or fully automatically and conveniently with pellets. The pellet and the log wood combustion rooms are separate from each other as each fuel has different combustion room requirements to ensure truly efficient combustion. Furthermore, the heating system reacts intelligently. If no log wood is added, it automatically switches to pellet operation. This way, you can travel for longer periods and still have a continuously warm house.

Easy ash removal

With the KWB Combifire, there is no need to empty the ash container every day as it used to be in the past. Only very little ash remains because the boiler has such a clean and efficient combustion process. The ash tray, which can be hooked in under the log wood boiler, only needs emptying approximately once every 10 days. The wheelable ash bin of the pellet module, on the other hand, only needs emptying once or twice a year.

Safe heating – remotely

The KWB Comfort Online platform provides added convenience and operational reliability. Using this platform, the boiler can be easily controlled and maintained remotely via smartphone, tablet or PC. Check up on your heating’s operating status, control heating times and temperatures, and receive notifications and status change via SMS or email. After a holiday trip, you can switch on your boiler’s ignition while on your way home, and when you arrive, your home is already warm and cosy. If desired, you can also provide temporary access to your heating system to third parties, e.g. your heating installer or KWB customer service.

Automatic ignition.

Automatic ignition

The KWB Classicfire or the KWB Combifire are optionally equipped with an automatic ignition. This way, the boiler can be filled with logs and a time can be set for the automatic ignition. This works thanks to KWB’s modern technology which permits a closed heating door during heating. Your home will be cosy and warm regardless of when you return home.

Fewer expenditures thanks to the automatic heat exchanger cleaning.

Fewer expenditures thanks to the automatic heat exchanger cleaning

The KWB Combifire log wood and pellet heating system combines the two burner systems for two fuel types into one efficient and optimized comprehensive system with a joint heat exchanger. The automatic heat exchanger cleaning ensures low maintenance expenditures between service intervals. As a customer, you can rest assured that the efficiency rating of your heating system will remain continuously high.

KWB modular assembly system.

Straightforward assembly thanks to a modular and easily transportable system

Thanks to the KWB modular assembly system, the boilers can be divided into several modules. So they can be transported in almost every boiler room and mounted in confined spaces. That saves time and money.
