Revolutionary cleanliness

The underfeed and post-combustion system has been completely rethought and redesigned in the KWB Easyfire 3. The curved, funnel-shaped and self-cleaning burner plate ensures that combustion is even cleaner and generates a low level of fine dust emissions that is revolutionary (≤ 2.0 mg). Continuous operation is also possible during the cleaning cycles, which is why boiler start/stops are minimised.

Particularly convenient to operate

The fuel is fed in fully automatically by means of suction conveying. The innovative Z-profile in the cellular wheel sluice ensures that the pellets can be sucked in during operation without any interruptions. Since the pellet boiler completely cleans itself during operation, 24/7 operation is possible and no cleaning work is necessary between service intervals.

Compact design

The KWB Easyfire 3 can be mounted directly on the wall or installed in a corner, fits in a heating room that is larger than 2.9 m2 and only requires an area of 1 m2. Thanks to its modular structure, the pellet heating system can also be conveniently installed in tight spaces.

Newly designed underfeed burner system

The combustion system for the KWB Easyfire 3 raises the standards of clean combustion to a whole new level. The combustion system consists of a curved, funnel-shaped burner plate. The pellets are carefully pushed onto the burner plate by a pellet conveyor screw. That means the firebed remains completely stable and does not generate additional dust. The ash is forced out over the edge of the burner plate by the pellets and transported into the ash box with the ash screw. Thanks to the newly developed burner cup and the post-combustion system, the pellet burning system features a revolutionary cleaning system, and it is also carried out fully automatically.

Simple heating control system

The KWB Comfort 4 control system offers a dual control option with the intuitive dial and colour touchscreen. The production and components of the KWB Comfort 4 correspond to the industry standard. For you, this means maximum reliability for the entire service life of your heating. With KWB Comfort Online, the control platform provides remote access to your KWB heating system via smartphone, tablet or PC.

Efficient and clean combustion thanks to the lambda probe

With the broadband lambda probe, which was specifically developed for biomass heating systems, the combustion is continuously monitored and optimally controlled. The lambda probe controls the fuel supply during the combustion process. A new ceramic ignition element with flame recognition ignites the combustion intermittently within a few minutes. You benefit from low energy consumption and high operational reliability.

The KWB Easyfire 3 pellet heating system is a highly efficient pellet boiler available in output sizes 40 kW, 50 kW and 60 kW:

40 kW: This version is ideal for larger single-family homes or small multi-family homes that require an efficient and environmentally-friendly heat supply.
50 kW: With medium output, this version is ideal for multi-family homes or commercial buildings with increased heat requirements.
