The KWB Easyfire 3 is KWB’s latest development and its first pellet boiler with integrated condensing technology. This ensures maximum energy efficiency and outstanding cost-effectiveness. The newly developed combustion system provides exceptionally clean combustion and uncompromising convenience thanks to fully automatic cleaning. The KWB Easyfire 3 therefore sets new standards as the technology platform for a new generation of pellet boilers.
Revolutionarily clean
The underfeed and post-combustion system of the KWB Easyfire 3 has been completely redesigned. Its curved, funnel-shaped and self-cleaning burner plate ensures exceptionally clean combustion with fine dust emissions of just ≤ 2.0 mg/m³. The boiler continues operating even during automatic cleaning, significantly reducing start-stop cycles and further increasing efficiency.
Revolutionarily convenient
The KWB Easyfire 3 features a fully automatic fuel supply using a suction conveyor. The innovative Z-profile in the cellular wheel sluice enables an uninterrupted supply of pellets, even during operation. The boiler cleans itself completely, allowing continuous 24/7 operation without manual cleaning between service intervals.

Compact, carefully designed and space-saving, the KWB Easyfire 3 can be installed directly against a wall or in a corner and requires a footprint of just 1 m². It fits easily into boiler rooms from 2.9 m². Its modular construction also allows it to be brought into and installed conveniently in confined spaces.

Technical benefits
The combustion system of the KWB Easyfire 3 takes clean combustion to a new level. It features a curved, funnel-shaped burner plate onto which the pellets are gently conveyed by a pellet conveyor screw. This keeps the firebed completely stable and prevents additional dust from being stirred up.
As new pellets are fed in, the ash is pushed over the edge of the burner plate and transported into the ash box by the ash screw. The newly developed burner plate and post-combustion system ensure exceptionally clean pellet combustion, while cleaning takes place fully automatically.
The broadband lambda probe, developed specifically for biomass heating systems, continuously monitors and optimally controls combustion. It regulates the fuel supply throughout the combustion process. A new ceramic ignition element with flame detection provides intermittent ignition within minutes. This ensures low energy consumption and a high level of operational reliability.
KWB Easyfire 3 output ratings
The KWB Easyfire 3 is a highly efficient pellet boiler available with outputs of 40, 50 and 60 kW:
- 40 kW: Particularly suitable for larger single-family homes or small multi-family homes requiring an efficient and environmentally friendly heat supply.
- 50 kW: The medium-output version is ideal for multi-family homes or commercial buildings with increased heat requirements.
- 60 kW: The highest-output version is particularly suitable for large buildings or systems with high energy requirements.

Easy and flexible operation
The KWB Comfort 4 control system offers two operating options: the control dial and the intuitive colour touchscreen. Its components and production meet industrial standards, providing maximum reliability throughout the service life of the heating system. KWB ComfortOnline also allows remote access to your KWB heating system using a smartphone, tablet or PC.
