Our digital services include:
an online product finder that allows users to configure individual systems and submit a non-binding enquiry
a contact form that customers can use to send us enquiries, after which a member of our team will get in touch
Our aim is to make these digital services accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities.

This statement is based on the following legal requirements:
Austria: Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz – BaFG)
European Union: Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies
The applicable standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.
4. Compliance with the requirements
Our website is undergoing a continuous process of accessibility improvement. Measures already implemented include:
keyboard navigation and screen reader support
clear structure and easily understandable language
high-contrast colour design
accessible forms with clear error messages
The chatbot also provides a simple text input option and can be used without voice control. Some embedded documents or videos are not yet fully accessible. We are continuously working to improve them.
