Best-selling pellet boiler
KWB Easyfire 2Smart heating. Clean savings.
- Our most popular pellet heating system
- 2.4–38 kW output
- Integrated Clee energy management
- Single- and multi-family homes
More than 40,000 customers know why
The KWB Easyfire 2 is the ideal pellet heating system for both renovation projects and new builds and is already in use more than 40,000 times worldwide. With an output range of 2.4 to 38 kW, it is suitable for both single- and multi-family homes. High-quality industrial-grade components are designed to ensure a particularly long service life.
Fits into virtually any boiler room
Thanks to its modular design and the KWB modular and easily transportable system, the pellet boiler can be brought into confined spaces with ease. This simplifies installation in the boiler room and helps prevent damage, as the weight and dimensions of the individual modules remain manageable. An integrated return flow temperature boost also reduces installation costs, saving you time, money and effort.
Greater operating convenience
The KWB Easyfire 2 provides the convenience of an oil or gas heating system while using renewable energy. Pellets are supplied automatically, ignition takes place independently and the system cleans itself.
Only the ash box needs to be emptied. This is required after approximately six tonnes of pellets have been used and, depending on the system size, may only be necessary once every two years. A mobile ash container is available on request. The KWB Comfort 4 control system makes the heating system easy and flexible to operate, including remotely.
cleanEfficiency 2.0 technology
The KWB Easyfire 2 carries the cleanEfficiency 2.0 label. This represents particularly low emissions, high efficiency and economical operation, as well as the optimised interaction of the system’s design and control components.

Technical benefits
In the KWB Easyfire 2 pellet heating system, the pellets are gently conveyed onto the burner plate from below by a conveyor screw. This creates a completely stable firebed and prevents dust from being stirred up. The pellets burn out fully in four clearly defined combustion zones. As new pellets are fed in, the ash is pushed gently over the edge of the burner plate and falls directly into the ash box, ensuring particularly clean and efficient combustion.
The KWB Comfort 4 control system offers two convenient operating options: the control dial and the intuitive colour touchscreen. Its components and production meet industrial standards, providing maximum reliability throughout the service life of the heating system.
The KWB ComfortOnline platform also allows remote access to your KWB heating system using a smartphone, tablet or PC.
The broadband lambda probe, developed specifically for biomass heating systems, continuously monitors combustion and controls it precisely. This ensures that the fuel supply is optimally regulated throughout the combustion process. The innovative ceramic ignition element with integrated flame detection provides reliable ignition within just a few minutes. The result is minimal energy consumption combined with a high level of operational reliability.
With Clee, your heating system knows the weather forecast
The intelligent KWB Clee energy management system connects the energy flows and even takes weather conditions such as rain and sunshine into account when planning system operation. This reduces your energy costs and makes your energy system even more sustainable.

KWB Easyfire 2 in detail
KWB Easyfire 2
Minimal emissions
A dust separator with cyclone action uses centrifugal force to move the dust particles generated during combustion outwards and collect them in the ash box.
Low fuel consumption
Optimised heat transfer with highly efficient turbulators helps reduce fuel consumption.
High level of convenience
Automatic heat exchanger cleaning means that no manual cleaning is required between the recommended annual service intervals of every 1,500 nominal-load operating hours.
Easy installation
The integrated return flow temperature boost avoids additional installation costs. A speed-controlled PWM pump is also available as an option.
Low electricity consumption
The KWB Easyfire 2 pellet heating system requires very little electricity. Over the course of a year, the boiler consumes less power than a standard household refrigerator, helping to reduce operating costs.
Clean combustion
The broadband lambda probe regulates the fuel supply throughout the combustion process, ensuring low energy consumption and a high level of operational reliability.

Storage and conveyor systems for pellets
Our pellet storage systems and matching conveyor systems can be adapted flexibly to the available space. Whether the storage room is located directly beside the heating system, further away or outside the building, there is a suitable concept for every situation. Even a former oil storage room can be converted into a pellet store. The KWB Pellet StirrerPlus with an elbow screw transports the fuel to the boiler reliably and conveniently.
