Smart control and operation

It is important that you can easily and comfortably control your heating system to ensure that your home is always warm and cosy, even if it storms and snows outside. KWB offers self-explanatory and intelligent control technology both for single-family houses, agricultural companies and also hotels and commercial businesses.

Comfortable operation on all levels: The new software-based KWB ComfortEnergy system bundles the control of all energy systems installed in your building so that they fit together like a mosaic to form a large whole. This intelligent system guarantees its users convenience not only with regard to space but also operation: You can control this heating system, heat and electricity via your preferred device (smartphone, tablet or PC). Additional support comes from the energy management system as it learns from the user’s behaviour and also includes weather forecasts in its planning.

Settings can be made either directly at the heating system via the intuitive dial, for example when you refill wood, or via the colour touchscreen. You can of course also make these adjustments from a remote control directly in your living quarters. It is not only the temperature settings that can be adjusted, you also receive useful additional information, for example regarding the storage fill level of the pellet heating system, the fill level of the log wood boiler or the next maintenance date that is coming up.

The KWB Comfort Online connection ensures even more convenience. It enables you to operate and monitor your heating remotely via PC, tablet or smartphone. If desired, it is also possible to give the heating engineer, installer or the KWB Customer Service temporary access to the pellet boiler for maintenance purposes. It does not get any easier!
