Convenient to operate

Patented underfeed burner system
The pellet conveyor screw of the KWB Easyfire pellet heating system gently pushes the pellets up from below onto the burner plate. This ensures a stable firebed and prevents additional dust from being kicked up. The pellets burn fully out in four clearly delimited combustion zones. The pellets that are pushed onto the burner plate push the ash off the edge of the burner plate, which then lands in the ash box. An extremely clean combustion is guaranteed.
Simple heating control system
The KWB Comfort 4 control system offers a dual control option with the intuitive dial and colour touchscreen. The production and components of the KWB Comfort 4 correspond to the industry standard. Efficient and clean combustion thanks to the lambda probe
With the broadband lambda probe, which was specifically developed for biomass heating systems, the combustion is continuously monitored and optimally controlled. The lambda probe controls the fuel supply during the combustion process. A new ceramic ignition element with flame recognition ignites the combustion intermittently within a few minutes. You benefit from low energy consumption and high operational reliability.

Pellet storage options overview
Our fuel storage systems for pellets including suitable conveyor systems are particularly flexible and can be adapted exactly to your room layout. Regardless of whether your fuel storage room is right next to the heating, further away or outside of the building – we have the right concept for any situation. A former oil storage next to your heating room, for example, would be ideal for your new pellet storage. The Stirrer Plus combined with an elbow screw will easily transport the fuel to the boiler.
